 Gentle FLOW

These classes are at a relaxed pace and emphasise proper alignment and breath while entering, holding and leaving the posture. A fantastic way to slow down, develop your practise and integrate the physical and mental benefits of yoga.

Less Flow More Stretch

Open to anyone. These classes are aimed at using our bodies (and the help of props) to twist, stretch and open any stiffness or immobility within us. There is less flow and longer holding of postures. A fun, deep dive into your body.

IHP (INFERNO HOT PILATES)

Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT) creates long, lean muscle mass and burns fat. This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. IHP is a low impact, high intensity workout based on the principles of pilates.

A class to encourage anyone to understand and enjoy yoga and move their bodies for greater strength, flexibility, mobility and lifestyle.

CHAIR CLASS

For the less abled body to help with mobility, stretching, and general feel good factor. There is a flight of stairs you need to be able to climb.

Open VINYASA

For any level of yoga, although some experience of yoga is useful, it isn’t essential. In these classes you will be lead through a beautiful 4 count breath flow yoga with the opportunity to go at your own pace and ability.

Once a month Wellness Class

A longer class to include meditation, sun salutations, breath work, restorative poses and yoga nidra to help you let go of your week and set you up for an amazing weekend.
