Waiver

 I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in Yoga Unit classes in studio, livestream or on demand. In consideration of being allowed to take part in this class, I agree to this release now claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risks.

On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and any other person who may havre an interest at common law or by operation of statute, I hereby waive any and all claims I or such partied may have now or in the future.

I release from liability Yoga Unit and it’s teachers, assistants or employees for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss of any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity in the class. 

I am medically, physically, emotionally and in all respects fit and able to participate in this class. It is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the class. It is my responsibility to opt out from practices at any point , which I deem unfit or unsuitable during the practice

I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me as to when, where and how to perform and not to perform any yoga poses or movements or techniques, it being understood that any deviation from such instructions shall be at my own risk .

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this class I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation in class.

I acknowledge that livestream classes may be recorded and used on the website or other third-party platforms at a later date. By taking part in the class, I agree to my image being used as it appears in the recorded class. It is my responsibility to make my image no-visible by switching off my video camera if i do not wish to be recorded in this way. (Names are not recorded by default.)

I have read carefully and understand this agreement with Yoga Unit.

Upon booking into this class and subsequent classes at Yoga Unit you indicate your acceptance of the waiver and terms and conditions under my own free will.
